LeEco entered into the Indian market earlier this year with the launch of Le 1s smartphone at a competitive price tag of Rs. 10,999 exclusively on Flipkart. Today the company has announced its foray into the offline retail space in the country with the Le 1s. It will start selling the smartphone in New Delhi and Mumbai in the first phase and will expand by opening 70% retail stores across India that contribute to mobile sales, by the end of September 2016. Coolpad today announced that it has sold over 5 lakh units of Note 3 Lite smartphones in India. To celebrate the milestone, it has launched limited edition Gold variant of Coolpad Note 3 Lite. The phone was launched in the country back in January this year in Black and Champagne White colors at Rs. 6,999. Apart from the new color, other specifications are similar to the original Coolpad Note 3 Lite. ZTE has introduced Blade A2, its latest budget smartphone with a fingerprint sensor and a metal. It is also a successor of last year’s Blade A1. It has a has a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by a octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for quick focus in 0.1 seconds and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that also has LED flash. Samsung just announced the Galaxy S7 Active for AT&T in the U.S. It has a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, is powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 SoC, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the Galaxy S7, but this is shatter-resistant, in addition to IP68 ratings for dust and water resistant and has also passed U.S. Military Standard (MIL-STD) 810G tests for a ruggedized phone.

Instagram starts rolling out personalized feed with new algorithm tweak for all
