Spice Smart Flo Mettle 4X

S Mobility launched the Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5X (Mi-504) with metal body earlier this month. Now the Spice Smart Flo Mettle 4X (Mi-426), a budget smartphone with metal build is available from online retailer Saholic, as the company promised. It has a 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has Dual SIM support with Dual Standby and has 2G (EDGE) connectivity, similar to the Mettle 5X. Xolo Q3000 that was spotted online last week, is now available for pre-order from online retailer Infibeam in India. It packs a 5.7-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display, powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, BSI 2 sensor, 1080p video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with a BSI sensor. Gionee would launch the company’s latest flagship smartphone, the Elife E7 in India at an event later today. We got to check out the the device, here are our hands-on impressions. The phone has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 processor with 2GB or 3GB of RAM.

Gionee has launched the Gionee Elife E7 mini smartphone in India today for Rs. 18999. It will also launch the Gionee Elife E7, the company’s latest flagship phone at the event. The mini version of the flagship that will sport a octa-core processor from MediaTek and will have a relatively smaller 4.7inch 720p display.

Remember the HTC Desire L that was released for the Chinese markets back in April? Now HTC has released the phone in Russia as Desire 400 Dual SIM. It has almost similar specifications as the Desire L, including a 4.3-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen Super LCD2 display, 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sense 4 UI on top. It has a 5MP auto focus camera on the back with LED Flash, BSI sensor for better low-light imaging and comes with Beats audio support. Oppo R1 with 5-inch 720p display, 1.3 GHz quad-core processor revealed

After teasing the product across their social platforms, Oppo has finally revealed the Oppo R1, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone. The Oppo R1 (R829T) is an upgraded version of the Oppo R819, that we reviewed recently. It comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and runs on Color OS based on Android 4.2. The phone is just 7.1mm thick, 0.3mm thinner than the Oppo R819 and weighs 140 grams. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. LG D410, a mysterious smartphone has surfaced on GFXBench. The phone is rumored to be launched as G2 mini, which the company is reportedly working on, for 2014 launch. Earlier rumors revealed that the phone would have a 4.7-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM, but the leaked benchmark details reveal that the phone would come with a qHD (960 x 540 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8226) processor with Adreno 305 GPU and run on Android 4.4 (Kit Kat). Facebook 5.2 for Windows Phone brings improved notifications, secondary live tiles and more

Facebook for Windows Phone has received a major update to version 5.2, that brings a lot of new features including new chat notifications, new secondary tiles for chat, events, groups, pages, and photo albums, supports for all the 50 languages that are currently supported in Windows Phone 8. Facebook 5.2 Beta for Windows Phone got these features recently, the new stable version adds all these features and also includes some bug fixes.

Nokia phone codenamed Normandy was expected to be a large-screen Asha phone with the looks of Lumia, but the recent rumors suggested that the Nokia Normandy is an Android smartphone that Nokia is working on, which might be released in 2014. Now evleaks has posted an image of the phone in new colors. The Twitter user has also mentioned the year as 2013 in the tweet, so the phone might not be released since the year is going to end, even though earlier rumors revealed that Nokia is continuing the development of Nokia Normandy in “full steam”. It had offered pretty much similar specifications as the Galaxy S but at a far lesser price making it a good deal, although only for a short time. Mainly because a lot of local players got aggressive with the pricing and offered a lot of better deals for a similar price, not to mention Nokia’s Lumia 520, which has been a popular device at a lesser price offering more value.
