MediaTek already announced its Dimensity 800U mid-range 5G SoC in India earlier this month and said that the first phone powered by the mid-range 5G processor will be launched in the country in January 2021. Today it has announced the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chip for the Indian market and said that it expects smartphones powered by the flagship chip to launch in early in 2021. After rumours Samsung Exynos has finally confirmed that it will introduce the next flagship Exynos processor on January 12th, 2021 ahead of the launch of Galaxy S21 series in an unpacked event, which is expected to be scheduled on January 14th.
