Xiaomi has launched Mi Band HRX Edition in India in partnership with HRX by Hrithik Roshan, after teasing it earlier this week. This has almost similar specifications as the Mi Band 2, including an OLED display and is splash resistant, but the HRX edition will offer an improved tracking algorithm to accurately monitor your activities and promises up to 23-days of battery life, compared to 20 days on the Mi band 2, however it doesn’t have a heart rate sensor. It has a 5.5-inch HD on-cell display, is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC, runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera that also has LED flash. Motorola confirms Android 8.0 Oreo update for range of smartphones

Google started rolling out Android 8.0 (Oreo) update for Pixel and Nexus devices starting from last month. HTC, Sony and Nokia already confirmed list of devices that will get the Oreo update, Moto has officially announced the list of smartphones that will get the Android 8.0 update. This includes the Moto Z series, Moto X4 and Moto G5 series. Sadly the Moto G4 series and older Moto X series are not there in the list.

HMD Global is all set to introduce Nokia 2 (TA-1029) smartphone soon. FCC certification revealed the image of the phone recently and it was revealed in the latest FCC listing that the phone will pack a 4000mAh battery. Now Evan Blass aka @evleaks has posted a clear press image of the phone in Black and Silver colors. This shows on-screen buttons for the phone, even though there is a huge bezel below the screen.

NETGEAR today launched R6080 and R6120 802.11ac Dual Band AC1000 & AC1200 Wi-Fi routers for home. As per the company claims, the R6080 & R6120 is expected to deliver Wi-Fi speeds up to 700mbps and 900mbps, respectively. The R6120 also has an USB 2.0 port on the back that allows users to find photos, videos and music stored on a shared USB hard drive and enjoy them on a DLNA TV or share them with others wirelessly.
