Reliance Retail has launched Lyf Earth 2, successor of the Earth 1 that was launched earlier this year. It has a 5-inch 1080p screen with 2.5D curved glass display, 72.1% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 SoC and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Laser autofocus and has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for quick focus in 0.1 seconds and LED flash. It also lets you use voice commands for capturing selfies, switching between front and rear cameras and more. Reliance Retail has launched Lyf Flame 5, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone with VoLTE in the Flame, after launching the Lyf Flame 6 smartphone earlier this month. It has a 4-inch WVGA screen, is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) and has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the Lyf Flame 6, but this has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. Sony Xperia XA goes on sale in India for Rs. 20990

Bose today launched QuietControl 30, QuietComfort 35, SoundSport and SoundSport Pulse in India. The QuietControl 30 and QuietComfort 35 Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones use dual microphones for noise cancellation and reject annoying background sounds that interfere with talking. These also improved Text-to-speech accuracy with Siri and other phone VPAs compared to the predecessor. These were announced in the US earlier this month.
