Samsung Galaxy Tab 730 hitting stores in India finally

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 730 is finally available for sale in India, according to our friends at Mahesh Telecom. Samsung launched their new Galaxy Tab 750 and 730 in India this August. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 went on sale starting this September. This has 8.9-inch (1280×800) TFT (PLS) display and runs on Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) OS. Huawei MediaPad tablet, Sonic and IDEOS X3 phones with Cloud Storage launched in India

Huawei has launched their MediaPad Honeycomb tablet and Huawei Sonic and Huawei IDEOS X3, Android phones with Cloud+ online storage. The Huawei Cloud+ service offers 16GB Cloud disk for storage and lets you share texts, pictures, videos and voice notes, Phone Finder to locate, back-up and lock, Cloud Gallery to easier viewing and sharing. It also has Huawei App Store for popular Indian and global apps and option to Sync Data and Over the air(OTA)OS upgrade. Sony Tablet S WiFi Version gets Priced in India

Sony India has revealed the price of it’s Android Honeycomb tablet the Tablet S on it’s website. As of now only the 16GB WiFi version seems to be on sale and there is no mention of the 3G version. The Sony Tablet S is already available in select Sony stores across the country. The MRP for this 9.4 inch Android tablet is Rs.29,990 according to the site. The device is powered by a Nvidia Tegra2 1 GHz processor along with 1 GB of RAM. Sony claims you can control your home devices using the Sony Tablet S as a universal remote. Apple to sell Refurbished iPhone 4 in India at just Rs.22500

Looks like finally India is in Apple’s radar. The company launched the iPhone 4 pretty late in India but then it also launched a cheaper version of the 3GS at around Rs.19000. As you might know , the iPhone 4S is launching in India in a matter of days on Airtel and Aircel and now there is news that Apple might start selling a refurbished iPhone 4 in India for Rs.22500 according to BGR.in. Refurbished products or open box items are pretty common in the United States and many companies including Apple offer a discount on such products compared to brand new products. While some might confuse a refurb with a stinking , used , damaged product it is not. Refurbs are basically products which have visited the factory or repair center for some defect which is now fixed. It can range from a cosmetic defect to a manufacturing flaw.But Apple still offers 1 year warranty on such products from the date of purchase. Nokia 700 goes on sale in India

The Nokia 700 is now available for purchase in India from the online retailer Flipkart. Nokia launched the Nokia 600, 700 and 701 in India this September and Nokia 701 is already available in the market. Nokia Lumia 800 and 710 Windows Phone devices coming in mid-December to India

Nokia and Microsoft has unveiled the Lumia 800 and the Lumia 710, Nokia’s first Window Phone devices in India. Both the Lumia 800 and the Lumia 710 were unveiled at the Nokia World 2011 in London. The Nokia Lumia 800 has a unibody design and comes with a 3.7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) ClearBlack AMOLED display. The Nokia Lumia 700 comes with a 3.7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) ClearBlack TFT display. Nokia Asha Phones

Back at Nokia World last month , the company launched the Asha range of phones which means hope in Hindi. The company is calling it an ‘aspirational’ range of phones for the next billion. 4 new phones were launched under this banner – 200 , 201 , 300 and 303 . 3 of these phones will be shipping in 2011 and 1 in early next year. Looks like Nokia is trying to make a comeback in the low-end category which is now dominated by the likes of Micromax, Karbonn, Spice and similar vendors.

Aircel launching the iPhone 4S in India on Nov 25th

Aircel has now announced a date for it’s iPhone 4S launch. The operator just shared on it’s Facebook page that it is launching the iPhone 4S in India on Nov 25th. Yesterday Aircel and Airtel announced they are launching the iPhone 4S in India soon.

We guess Aircel (and Airtel) might announce their pricing ( and weird money back plans ) on the 25th. We don’t have any details about the pricing but should have some info soon. The iPhone 4S packs a Dual Core CPU , 8MP Camera with Full HD video recording and the interesting virtual assistant Siri. Looks wise its almost same as the previous iPhone – the iPhone 4. The device runs on iOS 5 which is the latest operating system for iPhone , iPad and iPod touch.

Airtel launching iPhone 4S in India soon

Like Aircel , Airtel India has also announced on it’s Facebook page about it’s plans to launch the Apple iPhone 4S in India soon. As of now only Airtel and Aircel are the official operators authorized by Apple to sell the iPhone 4 in India. So this news is not very surprising. But then for those of you who have been waiting for the iPhone 4S to launch in India, good news ! We are not sure if Apple will get the pricing right though !

The Sony Ericsson Xperia arc S is the sucessor of the Sony Ericsson Xperia arc and it is powered by a 1.4Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It comes with a 4.2-inch Reality display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine and 8 MP auto focus camera with Exmor R image sensor, LED flash and 720p HD video recording. It was announced in September. Motorola RAZR Price Revealed for India

Motorola RAZR gets a price tag in India. Online retailer Flipkart has listed the phone with a price but these is no exact launch date. The Motorola RAZR is the thinnest smartphone till date with 7.1 mm thickness, which is about 1.5mm slimmer than the previous slimmest smartphone the Samsung Galaxy S2. It it is made with KEVLAR fiber and features 4.3-inch (960 x 540 pixels) Super AMOLED hyper-vibrant display and it is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It runs on Android Gingerbread 2.3.5.
