
Samsung launched the Galaxy Golden, the company’s latest smartphone with dual displays in Korea back in August. Now the phone is available is available for pre-order from online retailer Flipkart and is available for purchase from Infibeam. The Galaxy Golden (GT-I9230) has a similar specifications as the Korean version including a dual 3.7 inch (800 x 480 pixels) Super AMOLED displays, 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.9-megapixel camera. However this lacks 4G support present in the Korean version of the Galaxy Golden (SHV-E400) . Vodafone India launches new international roaming packs, offers up to 95% discount on data

Vodafone India has launched a new international roaming pack for its pre-paid and post-paid customers in India visiting 53 countries including UK, USA, UAE, Thailand, Singapore and more. It offers over 95% discount on data and approximately 78% on outgoing local and international calls compared to existing rates. These are available in two variants, Rs. 599 and Rs. 1499 that comes with a validity of 10 and 30 days respectively. Vodafone launched international roaming packs for post-paid users earlier this year, the new packs are cheaper than that. Micromax Windows Phones to arrive mid of next year, says co-founder
Is Micromax working on a Windows Phone? Well, the second largest smartphone manufacturer in India by volume recently made big news when it unleashed a series of promotions featuring Hugh Jackman for the Micromax Canvas Turbo, and also announced its plans to enter the European markets like Russia and Romania, but a Windows Phone that is currently dominated by Nokia? The company’s co-founder Rahul Sharma has admitted in an interview that they are indeed working on them, and claims to have them ready for a launch mid next year. iBall Andi 4.5z, the company’s new smartphone in the Andi series is now available from online retailer Shopclues and packs a 4.5-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Sony MDR-10RNC and MDR-10RBT Headphones launched in India

Sony India has launched two new headphones, the MDR-10RNC with Noise Canceling capabilities and the MDR-10RBT with Bluetooth and NFC support in India. Sony has also launched the 3-in-1 Headphones with MP3 player and built-in speakers priced at Rs. 8,990. The Sony MDR-10RNC has built-in Intelligence Noise Canceling technology that could be enabled by a press of a button. This automatically activates one of three optimal noise canceling modes based on an analysis of ambient noise. It effectively reduces up to 99.4% of ambient noise whether on an airplane, on a train or in an office with Sony’s digital signal processing technology. Panasonic P11 Unboxing
Panasonic might have announced its retirement from the consumer smartphone market worldwide, but weirdly enough, that has not stopped the company from launching devices in India. One of them is the Panasonic P11, which seems like a specced down version of the P51 that we reviewed earlier. The P11 has almost the same specifications as the P51, with a quad core 1.2 GHz processor, 4GB of internal storage, but running on the older Android 4.1 operating system. But what’s striking is the outer shell, in a radical fluorescent green colour. But not to worry, there are replaceable covers in the box, which we show you in the unboxing video here –

Dhoom 3 game exclusively arrives on Windows Phone 8
Another day, another exclusive game/app for Windows Phone in India. Just after Krrish3, we now have Dhoom 3, another highly awaited multi starrer sequel in Bollywood this year, is getting its own game. Publishing games for movies is kind of a new marketing avenue for the respective movie producers and Yash Raj Films, Dhoom 3’s maker acknowledges this, by partnering with game dev 99Games Online Private Limited to release the Dhoom 3 game. It is an endless 3D moto racing game, which follows the popular formula of Temple Run and Subway Surfers with perks, power ups and feels like a good fit in this genre. You play Aamir Khan, whose bike you maneuver, who is being chased by Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra in two other bikes, and thus begins the endless chase to fight your boredom.

MapmyIndia, popular for its GPS navigation and mobile apps has launched the MapmyIndia Maps app for iPhone users. MapmyIndia made Sygic & MapmyIndia offline GPS Navigation app for Android completely free for Indian users last month. This offers accurate and updated interactive maps of India including house addresses. It also offers Step-by-step driving direction, POIs and more. Huawei has officially launched the Ascend P6, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in India. It was announced back in June and went on sale in India online earlier this week. It packs a packs a 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display based on in-cell LCD screen technology with responsive touch that works even when wearing gloves, powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) with new Emotion UI. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor, F2.0 aperture and 4cm macro and 1080P full HD video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
