Micromax has started rolling out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for Canvas 2 Colours A120 smartphone. It was launched back in April, running Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), but the company promised KitKat update soon after the launch. Xolo has unveiled Q1000s Plus, successor of last year’s Q1000s smartphone. The design is similar to the Q1000s, it is powered by the same 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589T processor and features the same 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Nvidia unveiled Shield Tablet, the company first Tegra K1 powered tablet as the successor of Tegra Note last month. We brought you the unboxing of the tablet earlier this month, here we have its benchmarks. It is powered by a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with ARM Cortex A15 cores clocked at 2.22 GHz and 192-core Kepler GPU. The Gionee Gpad G5 is powered by a 1.5 Hexa-Core processor, otherwise most of the specifications have been downgraded compared to the GPad G4. It has a 5.5-inch 720p display.
