Zen Ultraphone U1 Dual SIM Android phone launched for Rs. 4999

Zen Mobiles launched range of Android tablets under UltraTab, now they have launched Ultraphone U1, their new phone running on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It has a 3.5-inch (480×320 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1 GHz processor. It has a 3.2MP camera with flash and comes with pre-loaded applications like Skype, Facebook, G-talk, MapMyIndia navigation app, Cricbuzz, nexGTV with Live TV, Loop Channels & VOD support and Ganesha Speaks astrology app.

Firefox for Android v17.0 update brings support for devices with ARMv6 processors


Mozilla has updated their Firefox browser for Android to version 17.0 that brings support for ARMv6 phones with at least 800MHZ processor and minimum 512MB RAM. With this update, more than 500 million Android phones including popular phones such as Samsung Galaxy Pro GT-B7510, HTC Status, HTC ChaCha, Samsung Galaxy Ace, Motorola XT531, and the Motorola Fire XT can run the Firefox Browser. Intex Aqua 5.0 Dual SIM phone with 5-inch display, Android 4.0 launched for Rs. 9990

Intex Technologies has launched Aqua 5.0, successor of the Aqua 4.0 that was launched in August. This has a 5-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) Capacitive Touch Screen and is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core  processor.   It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE with Android Jelly Bean launched in Korea

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE running Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) for the Korean Market. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE comes with similar features as the Galaxy Note 10.1, including a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280 x 800 pixel) TFT display, 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Processor, 2GB RAM and a 7,000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE would come with VoLTE (Voice over LTE) feature that simultaneously supports voice call, video, and data transmission. HTC One X+ White Photo Gallery

HTC announced the One X+ last month that would go on sale in India this month. It comes with a 1.7 GHz quad-core AP37 Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 64GB of internal memory and a 2100 mAh battery. Google Nexus 4 Unboxing

The Nexus 4 is a mobile phone collaboration between Google and LG and was launched worldwide last week. Thanks to its incredible specifications and low price point, the handset sold out within minutes, and is now one of the most sought-after pieces of mobile tech, with phones currently changing hands for twice their original purchase price on auction sites. We managed to get our hands on one, and we’re going to inflict the usual unboxing treatment on it for your viewing pleasure.

Exploring QSlide, LG’s answer to Samsung’s Popup Play

CatchPlus difference spotting puzzle game launched for Android

CatchPlus is a new game for Android by Sioo Interactive Inc., a South Korean company that lets you spot the differences between two images. There are 3 modes, Classic mode, Speed Mode and Time attack mode. You can also go to CatchPlus Facebook page, and submit photos for inclusion as actual image puzzles within the game. Sony Xperia SL Unboxing

Sony Xperia SL went on sale in India back in September, but Sony launched it officially few weeks back. Here we have the unboxing of the Sony Xperia SL. It looks similar to the Sony Xperia S that we reviewed earlier this year, including a 4.3 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 12MP camera with LED flash and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, but it powered by a faster 1.7 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 MSM8260 processor with Adreno 220 GPU and comes with Android 4.0 out of the box.

Google Nexus 4 Pictures

LG and Google unveiled the Nexus 4,new Smartphone in the Nexus family at the end of October. It has a 4.7-inch (1280 × 768 pixels) display with 320 ppi and corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection, 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with Adreno 320 GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The Nexus 4 is priced at $299 for the 8GB version and the 16GB version comes at a price tag of $349. It is expected to go on sale from November 13 in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Spain and Australia. Aakash 2 low-cost Tablet launched, UbiSlate 7Ci goes on sale

Aakash 2 ultra low-cost tablet, successor of Aaksash tablet was launched by the President of India , Pranab Mukherjee and the Human Resources & Development (HRD) Minister, MM Pallam Raju. It comes at a price tag of Rs. 1,130 for students, while the commercial version, UbiSlate 7Ci is available for purchase at Rs. 4,499. DataWind would supply 100,000 units of Aakash 2 to IIT Bombay and also aims to distribute them to Engineering colleges and universities. It comes with upgraded specifications including a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It powered by a 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor and has 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 32GB expandable memory and a front-facing camera.
