Samsung was the first company to introduce a 5inch+ phablet and they started it off with their original Samsung Galaxy Note. Initially, the Samsung Galaxy Note was not well received by the critics, but soon the adoption of the big display device among the users made it a hit. Samsung followed up the success of the original Samsung Galaxy Note with the second version – Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was launched at IFA 2012 and went on to become one of the greatest hits for Samsung. After having given back to back successful Galaxy Note products, Samsung was expected to come up with another champion of a phablet at IFA 2013 and Samsung did not disappoint. Samsung announced the third iteration of their Note series at IFA 2013 in Berlin – Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Being the successor of a very successful Samsung Galaxy Note 2, the Galaxy Note 3 had a lot of promises to fulfill. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an update over the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in almost all the terms and lets check out if it is worth the upgrade.

Google expands availability of Chromecast app beyond US

Google announced their first streaming dongle – Google Chromecast, nearly three months back and it has been available only in the US since then. Uber comes to Delhi

Uber, a technology company in the Silicon Valley of US, is expanding its cab rides service globally and the latest addition to their list of cities is India’s capital – New Delhi. Delhi will be Uber’s second city in India after Bangalore and they are expecting that it will be their biggest market in the country.Uber is available as an Android and iOS app. By using Uber, users can request a ride and they will be picked up within minutes. Intex launched the Aqua i4 and Aqua HD last month, now two new smartphones, Cloud X5 from the Cloud series and Aqua N2 in the Aqua series has surfaced on the official website. The Cloud X5 is the successor of the Cloud X4, but it lacks 3G support present in the Cloud X4. Other features are almost similar including a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor. The Intex Aqua N2 has a 4.0-inch (800 ×480 pixels) WVGA capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Advantage Computers India (Adcom) has launched new smartphones, A-350i and A-400i in the Adcom Thunder Smart Phone Series. The company launched  6 new smartphones, A-530 HD, A-500, A-450, A-430, A-400, A-350 in the Adcom Thunder Smart Phone Series back in May. The A-350i is an entry-level smartphone that has a 3.5-inch HVGA screen and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). The A400i has a 4-inch HVGA display and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS). Both these smartphones are powered by a 1 GHz processor and have dual SIM support with dual standby. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Review

“Too huge!”, “Impossible to use as a phone!”, “A failed experiment..” they said, and a new category of smartphones was born.
