Gionee has officially launched S Plus, the company’s first smartphone with USB Type-C port in India, after rumors of the smartphone surfaced recently. It packs a 5.5-inch HD AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core 64-bit MT6753 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Amigo UI 3.1 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has dual SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity with support for LTE bands for India. YU YUREKA and YUREKA PLUS Cyanogen OS 12.1 update finally starts rolling out

YU has finally started rolling out Cyanogen OS 12.1 update based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) for its YUREKA and YUREKA PLUS smartphone. This comes months after the company said that it had entered final testing phase. Rahul Sharma, Co-founder and CEO of YU has apologized for the delay and said that they wanted to put up something concrete and ensure its worth the wait. Skype gets Bollywood Mojis and emoticons in the latest update

Skype has added a bunch of Bollywood inspired Mojis and emoticons to spice up your chats. The video and calling service from Microsoft has partnered with Yash Raj Films and ErosNow, the on-demand entertainment platform of Eros International, to develop custom Mojis for Skype users.
