The company has roped in Punjabi actor and singer, Gippy Grewal as its brand ambassador. Aircel has launched two new rate cutters for pre-paid customers in Delhi that offers local calling rates 90% less at 10p/min. These packs are price at Rs. 27 and Rs. 11 respectively. The Rs. 27 pack offers all local calls at 10p/min for first 100 minutes and post that 40 paise per minute. It comes with a validity for 21 days. Last month we reported that HTC would launch the Dual SIM variant of the HTC One soon. The phone went on sale online last month, Now HTC and Tata Docomo has partnered to launch the phone in India officially, calling it HTC One Dual SIM +. The company says that this is the first Android phone launched in India which offers CDMA and UMTS dual SIM capability. It has similar features as the HTC One single-SIM variant including a 4.7 inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, 1.7 GHz quad-core processor, Android Jelly Bean with Sense 5, UltraPixel camera with LED Flash and a 2.1MP HD front-facing camera. Vodafone has announced Vodafone Drive into the Big League contest for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This is the third season of the contest for the third Indian Grand Prix that would be held in Delhi from October 25 to 27, 2013. This would offer an opportunity for small and medium enterprises to take center stage with their logo on Vodafone McLaren Mercedes racing cars. Vodafone says they had overwhelming response for the second season in which Sequel Logistics Private Limited won and had its logo on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cars during Indian Grand Prix 2012. This would let 2G pre-paid customers enjoy 1947 MB of 2G data on recharge of Rs. 32. This offer is available to all GSM pre-paid customers on 2G network. Usually the Rs. 32 pack offers just 600 MB of data. Other operators are yet to announce their Independence Day offers.
