Nokia XR20 rugged 5G smartphone with 6.67-inch FHD+ display, military-grade durability, IP68 waterproof body announced

HMD Global today announced Nokia XR20, the company’s first rugged smartphone in the new XR series, as expected. It is a waterproof phone (IP68) with a sleek casing that is made to the MIL-STD-810H military standard, has 1.5m drop protection, can be submerged to depths of 1.5m for 30 minutes, and the company says that it is built for conditions far harsher than the rough and tumble of everyday life. Nokia 110 4G feature phone launched in India for Rs. 2799

HMD Global has launched Nokia 110 4G, the company’s latest 4G feature phone with support for VoLTE calling in India. This comes after the launch of Nokia 215 4G and Nokia 225 4G feature phones in the country back in October. It features a 1.8-inch QQVA LCD screen, polycarbonate body, web browser, in-built Torch, Wireless and wired FM radio, music player, Snake along with other games and also has a 0.8MP QVGA rear camera. Nokia rugged smartphone to be announced on July 27, could be Nokia XR20

HMD Global has started teasing the launch of a new Nokia smartphone on July 27th. The company also says, “With our newest Nokia phone, you will never need a case again.”. This hints at a rugged phone, but the design of the phone in the teaser image shows a design similar to the X20 that was introduced back in April. HMD Global has announced Nokia C20, the company’s budget Android Go Edition smartphone in China, as it had promised. It packs a 6.5-inch HD+ screen, is powered by Unisoc SC9863A  SoC with 3GB of RAM, runs Android 11 Go Edition with  two years of security updates, packs an 8MP rear camera with LED flash along with a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP front camera. Nokia C20 Plus with 5000mAh battery to be announced on June 11

HMD Mobile has finally confirmed that it will introduce Nokia C20 Plus, the company’s new Nokia C series phone in China on June 11th. This comes after the phone surfaced on Geekbench listing last week. An earlier leak revealed that the phone will come with a 5000mAh battery compared to 3000mAh in the C20. Nokia C20 Plus with Octa-Core Unisoc SoC, 3GB RAM, 5000mAh battery surfaces in benchmarks

HMD Global introduced the new C10 and C20 smartphones last month running Android 11 Go Edition with a promise of two years of security updates. Last week in a Chinese forum Nokia 20 Plus with a 5000mAh battery and the Nokia C30 with a 6000mAh battery surfaced in sketches. Now the Nokia C20 Plus has surfaced in Geekbench listing. Nokia 2720 V Flip dual screen flip phone announced for Verizon in the US

HMD Global introduced the Nokia 2720 Flip back in September 2019. After close to two years, the company has launched the phone in the US through Verizon as Nokia 2720 V Flip. Nokia 4.2 Android 11 update starts rolling out

HMD Global has started rolling out Android 11 update for its Nokia 4.2,  after it rolled out the update for the Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 8.1 recently. The phone was launched running Android Pie back in 2019 and got the Android 10 update in 2020. Android 11 brings lets managing conversations across multiple messaging apps all in one place and Nokia smartphones on Android 11 will reset the permissions of apps that haven’t been used in a while, allowing only recent apps access to personal data. Nokia X10 and X20 with 6.67-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 480 5G, ZEISS Optics, 4470mAh battery announced

HMD Global along with the C series and G series phones, also introduced new X10 and X20 5G smartphones. These pack a 6.67-inch FHD+ punch-hole displays, are powered by Snapdragon 480 5G SoC and run Android 11 with three years of software upgrades and three years of security updates. The X10 has a 48MP main camera and the X20 has a 64MP main camera, both with ZEISS Optics. Other cameras include 5MP UW + 2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth cameras. Nokia G20 with 6.5-inch display, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5050mAh battery and G10 announced

HMD Global today introduced Nokia G10 and G20 smartphones in the new G series. These come with a 6.5-inch HD+ v-notch screen, are powered by MediaTek Helio G25/G35 with up to 4GB of RAM, and run Android 11 with two years of software upgrades and three years of security updates. The G10 has a 13MP +2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth rear cameras while the G20 comes with a 48MP + 5MP UW + 2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth cameras. Both these feature an 8MP camera on the front.
