Samsung Galaxy Note 2 vs Galaxy S3 Compared on Video

Here is a comparison between the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3. The Galaxy Note 2 was launched in India this September and comes with a 5.5-inch (1,280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display and a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor. The Galaxy S3 was launched was launched in India in May and comes with a 4.8 inch (720 x 1280 pixels) Super AMOLED display and a 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Exynos processor. Both these phones have a similar design and Nature UX. The Note 2 runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), while the Galaxy S3 runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with Jelly Bean update expected to roll out in India very soon .

Zync Cloud Z5 5-inch Dual SIM Phablet officially launched for Rs. 9,490

Zync has officially launched the Zync Cloud Z5 Dual SIM Android Phablet. Zync launched several tablets starting with the Z-900 in March, but this is their first Smartphone / Phablet. It went on sale online yesterday and has a 5-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) Capacitive Touch Screen and is powered by a 1GHz processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and features a 8MP auto focus camera at the back and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite Tablet now available in India for Rs. 13700


Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite that was announced back is August is now available in India from online retailer Flipkart. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS multi-touch display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Cortex A8 processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and 3G support with voice calling, SMS and MMS. It has a 3.2 Megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 MP front-facing camera for video calling.  It also has 1080p HD video playback at 30 frames per second. Zync Z5 Dual SIM phone with 5-inch display, Android 4.0 now available for Rs. 9490

Zync has entered into the smartphone segment with the Zync Cloud Z5 Dual SIM Android Smartphone / Phablet. It has a 5-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) Capacitive Touch Screen and is powered by a 1GHz processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). This would compete with the other budget 5-inch Dual SIM Smartphones such as iBall Andi 5c and the latest Micromax A110. The company launched the Z-900 their first 7-inch tablet running Android 4.0 back in March, and has launched several tablets since then. ZTE U950: For $160 you can own a quad core semi-flagship smartphone

ZTE has just announced an Android 4.0 powered smartphone called the U950. It’s got a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor under the hood, 1 GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera, and a 4.3 inch display that pushes 800 x 480 pixels. In other words, it’s an above average device. What makes it amazing is the price: $160. That’s totally out of this world when you consider that most smartphones in that price range have a single core processor and half the amount of RAM. Will the U950 ever be sold outside of China? That hasn’t been confirmed yet. All we know is that it’s going on sale in China on November 11th. LG and Google announce the Nexus 4

Google had canceled the New York Android event due to Hurricane Sandy but the hurricane could not stop them from officially announcing the devices.Google and LG have finally officially unveiled the next Nexus phone which is from LG this time round -Nexus 4. The handset has been leaked multiple times and was reportedly lost in in a bar. The Nexus 4 looks  very similar to the previous Nexus devices from the front but very different in the back.The Nexus 4 was jointly designed by LG and Google. Google has cancelled today’s Android event due to bad weather

Google was supposed to host an event in New York City today to show off the new LG Nexus 4, the Samsung made Nexus 10, Android 4.2, and a few other cool things, but they’ve just announced that the event has been cancelled. In case you haven’t been keeping up with the news, the biggest storm America’s east coast has ever seen is set to hit several states during the next 48 hours. Over 375,000 people have already been evacuated from Manhattan, the New York Stock exchange has shut down, the public transportation has been turned off, basically the city is preparing for the worst. HTC starts pushing out Android 4.1 to the One X in Europe and Asia

HTC’s 2012 flagship device, the quad core One X, is now getting upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean according to reports from Android and Me. The updates weighs in at just over 350 MB, so you’re going to want to make sure you’re connected to a high speed WiFi network. Besides Android 4.1, there’s also the latest version of Sense, which comes with an “infinite” number of home screens, the ability to password protect your SMS inbox, and small tweaks here and there that allegedly make the device 10% faster. LG Optimus G Benchmarks – quad-core Snapdragon S4 CPU and Adreno 320 GPU

LG announced the Optimus G in August, which went on sale in Korea in September. We managed to get hold of the device to run some benchmarks.The LG Optimus G was in a close competition with the Samsung Galaxy Note II in most of the benchmarks but it was a clear winner when compared to the other quad-core devices including Samsung Galaxy S3, HTC One X and the LG Optimus 4X HD. GTA Vice City coming to select Android and iOS devices this fall

Rockstar Games is celebrating their 10th anniversary of their popular Game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. To commemorate this they would launch GTA Vice City for select iOS and Android devices this fall. They launched their popular game, Grand Theft Auto III for Android and iOS last December. The GTA Vice City is inspired from 1980s American culture and is set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami. SwiftKey Flow for Android with gliding input and real-time prediction coming soon

SwiftKey has started teasing their new Keyboard, SwiftKey Flow for Android. The SwiftKey Flow would offer continuous gliding input with real-time prediction. This automatically predicts the word based on the movement of your finger. The concept of the SwiftKey Flow looks just like Swype, but it adds the prediction of the SwiftKey that predicts the next word in a sentence.
