Sony Xperia E is now available from online retailer Infibeam in India. Both the Xperia E and the Xperia E dual went on pre-order online couple of weeks back. These were announced back in December 2012. The Xperia E dual went on sale in India recently, which we unboxed last week. It comes with a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Impending announcement of availability or price? Never worry, because Flipkart’s always got you covered with them pushing out the pre order prices before the company itself tells you. They did it with the Lumia 620 and even the Xolo X1000, and now they have done the same for the Sony Xperia E and Xperia E dual(a dual SIM version of the same). They both have gone up on pre order in Flipkart for Rs. 9,990 and Rs, 10,990 respectively. It has been a long time since they were announced and we are finally seeing them land in Indian shores.

Sony has announced Xperia E and Xperia E dual, new Android Smartphones in the Xperia series. The Xperia E is the single SIM phone, while the Xperia E dual comes with dual-SIM support. These phones have a 3.5-inch (320 x 480 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen and is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A processor similar to the Xperia J. Xperia E comes with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), while the Xperia E dual would launch on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and is upgradable to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
