Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4 and Galaxy Watch5 series said to be announced on August 10

After rumours, Samsung is now expected to launch the Galaxy ZFold4, Z Flip4 and the Galaxy Watch5 series on August 10th, according to popular leaker Jon Prosser. These will go on pre-order on the same day and go on sale on August 26th, says the leaker. He added that the Z Fold4 will come in Phantom Black, Green and Beige and the Z Flip4 will come in Graphite, Bora Purple, Pink Gold and Blue colours. Global Wearables Market declined 3% YoY in Q1 2022: IDC

According to International Data Corporation (IDC), the global wearables market experienced its first-ever decline in the first quarter of 2022 (Q1 2022), with unit shipments totaling 105.3 million units, down 3% year-on-year (YoY). According to the research firm, demand is cooling as consumers begin to spend more in categories other than wearables. Qualcomm leads global Smartphone SoC market with 44% share in Q1 2022: Report

According to a Counterpoint research report, the global smartphone SoC (System on Chip) chipset and baseband market grew 23% year-on-year in Q1 2022, resulting in a 36% increase over the same period last year. Nothing phone (1) India launch on July 12

After teasers and rumours, Nothing has confirmed the launch of its most expected Nothing phone (1) smartphone globally and in India on July 12th 8:30 PM IST in a Nothing (event): Return to Instinct. This will be the company’s second device after the launch of Nothing ear (1). Nothing is the startup founded by Carl Pei of OnePlus fame which has managed to win several high-profile investors and is headquartered in London where the launch event is taking place next month.
