Nokia today launched the 6710 Navigator slider phone and the 6720 classic .
Both the phones are Navigation centric and have inbuilt GPS , Nokia Maps. Drive n Walk Navigation. Looks like Nokia’s acquisition of Navteq has increased their “Navigation Gyaan”
Interestingly both phones sport 5 MP Cameras with Carl Zeiss optics ,autofocus ,dual LED flash and Geotagging

Nokia just launched 2 new eseries handsets the Nokia E55 and the Nokia E75 and confirmed the e75 rumors
Nokia wants to continue the success which handsets like the E71 and E51 have had.
Both phones are equipped with Email functionality .
The Nokia E75 features full desktop email functionality with a slide out QWERTY keyboard and simple three-step email setup.
Its the first device to ship with Nokia Messaging with which You can now access Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail and directly access over 90 percent of corporate inboxes with Mail for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Traveler.

Sony Ericsson today announced Idou which is it’s new high-end device, on the lines of Xperia but is powered by Symbian Foundation OS. Idou has a 12.1-Megapixel camera, with Xenon flash and a large 16:9 Touchscreen.

Well the last fiscal quarter was really brutal and in a sense really thrashed almost every company man kind knew left right. Nokia too suffered a slight loss in its marginal sales and its percentage hold in the world market share. Even then it managed to sell a million plus Nokia 5800 and also launch a hugely innovative sales campaign for it. But then it is closing its (Jyvaskyla) Jyväskylä site and scaling back at its Salo production facility (pictured).
