Rogers is offering the Samsung Wave for $99.99 on a 3-year contract and $474.99 with no-contract, and Bell is offering the device for a very low price of $29.95 on a 3-year, $149.95 on a 2-year, $249.95 for 1-year and you can get it without contract for $299.95, which is $175 cheaper than the Rogers one. AT&T has finally announced the availability and price of their upcoming high-end device, the Samsung Captivate. AT&T will officially launch this phone on July 18, with the price tag of $199 on a new 2-yr contract after rebate, and for this phone, you will need a minimum data plan of $15.
