Twitter for BlackBerry 10 has been a mixed experience, with it mostly tending to be worse than on other platforms, but thanks to a new update, the real time social network is now better and more functional on BlackBerry 10. Huawei has announced the MediaPad 7 Youth, the company’s latest tablet in the MediaPad series. It has a 7-inch IPS display, powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with Huawei’s Emotion UI on top. It has 3G connectivity through a SIM card slot and supports voice calls, SMS, and MMS. It has a rear camera, a front-facing camera and has a sleek aluminum metal unibody design. Oppo, a chinese smartphone manufacturer known and revered for the Find 5, a smartphone that we immensely loved, is reportedly looking into launching Windows Phone based handsets soon. If the teased renders from the company’s own director of social marketing are to be believed, the manufacturer is looking at producing Windows Phone 8 based devices. The Android running Oppo Find 5 has stunning hardware, as noted in our review, and the company had released a very limited red version of it, which you are seeing above. Showing off the Windows Phone UI on the equally minimalistic Oppo Find 5 hardware has gotten us excited.

Intex launched the Aqua I-5, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in the Aqua series last month. Here we have the device for unboxing. The Aqua I-5 has a 5-inch qHD (960 × 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Intex launched the Aqua Wonder quad-core, the company’s first quad-core smartphone back in April.

Gionee launched the Elife E3 in India back in May. We reviewed the device last month that runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean). Gionee has announced that they have started rolling out a over-the-air (OTA) update for the device. This update doesn’t upgrade the Android version but brings new Camera features including new modes picture clear, best picture, muli-angle shots and beauty effects. This also adds online wallpaper, support for Indian cities in the weather app, new du batter and Gionee Xender apps. Google has rolled out a new design for their Google Play website that brings new card-like UI. This looks similar to the Google Play for Android v4 that was released back in April. The new Play Store redesign for the web was announced at Google I/O back in May. Google says that the new design would make it easier to browse and discover new favorites. The new Play Store is also responsive design that adjusts automatically when you adjust the browser’s width. In a recent tradition to release an infographic before a launch, HTC has done it again, and it’s for the One Mini this time. Being rumoured for a long time, and eventually leaking in every possible way, the One Mini is a secret kept even worse than that of its bigger brother, the HTC One. BlackBerry launched the BlackBerry Q5, the company’s latest BlackBerry 10 smartphone in India earlier today. At the event, Sunil Lalvani, Managing Director for India at BlackBerry announced that the BBM 7 with BBM Voice would be available for devices running on BB OS 5 and later. BlackBerry Messenger with BBM Voice was released as beta Back in December last year. It was released in the BlackBerry World earlier this year that brought Split-screen feature, New Emoticons, BlackBerry ID Integration and more. We’ve been playing with the Micromax Canvas 4 ever since we unboxed it, and if you had noticed our YouTube channel, we have a lot of coverage in terms of gameplay videos, gaming review, and of course the unboxing too. If one important feature that stands out, on the Canvas 4 in comparison with the Canvas HD, it’s the camera. Nokia’s PureView, HTC’s UltraPixel, Samsung’s Galaxy Zoom has left Sony, LG, Apple to reconsider their smartphone cameras. The battle for the supreme smartphone camera is really heating up with LG, Apple and Sony yet to step into that territory. Sony’s next flagship has shown up in leaked images and those images suggest that Sony’s bet into smartphone camera will be this Xperia “Honami” device. We had already seen the renders and even some images of the actual device, but its specifications have now leaked out, so read on to find out what the Honami packs.
Details of the BlackBerry A10, the company’s upcoming flagship BlackBerry 10 smartphone surfaced last month. Recently the phone was caught in a video that reveled the it might feature a 5-inch display. Now rumored specifications on CrackBerry forums has surfaced. This reveals that the phone would feature a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display, powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon MSM8960 Pro processor and run on BlackBerry OS 10.2. The LG Optimus G Pro‘s announcement dates back to the MWC 2013 which is nearly 5 months back. The supposed Note 2 competitor has been available in its home country – South Korea since the announcement, but left the rest of the market wondering if it will be available or not. LG announced that the G Pro will be available across various countries in the coming months. The G Pro was launched in India last month as a part of the Asian and North American market. LG announced last month they have sold over 1 million units of the Optimus G Pro in South Korea since its launch back on February 21st. BlackBerry has launched the BlackBerry Q5 in India as we reported yesterday. This is the company’s third phone running on BlackBerry 10 OS, and a second phone with a hardware QWERTY keyboard in the OS 10 series. BlackBerry launched the Z10 back in February and the BlackBerry Q10 was launched last month. It was announced at the BlackBerry Live event in Orlando last month and packs a 3.1-inch (720 x 720 pixels) capactive touch screen IPS display at 330 PPI pixel density, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.
