BlackBerry 9720 running BB OS 7.1 surfaces
BlackBerry already said in the conference call during their Q1 earnings that they would release a phone running OS 7 later this year, even though they have moved to the BlackBerry 10. Now a BlackBerry 9720 running BlackBerry OS 7.1 has surfaced on a Thai website that reveals the complete device. Magicon launched the Q7 back in April with a 4.63-inch FWVGA display, now the company has come up with a 5-inch phone, the Magicon UltraSmart Q50 Magnus. It comes with a 5-inch (800 ×480 pixels) WVGA capacitive touch sceen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). HTC started rolling out the Android 4.2.2 over-the-air (OTA) update for the International users starting from Taiwan last week. LG Optimus G2 to be announced in New York event on August 7th
LG has started teasing about the New York event on August 7th that leaves several hints that points out to the Optimus G2 launch. The invite has G and 2 in capital letters. Specifications of the device leaked last week. The rumored specifications include, 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor , Android 4.2 with Optimus Ui, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. Purported images and video of the budget iPhone leaks
There were number of leaks about the Apple’s budget iPhone. Now purported high-res images and a video of the phone has surfaced again on a website techdy which got hold of the phone. According to the website the phone would a 4-inch display at a resolution of 1136 x 640 similar to the iPhone 5, instead of aluminium, the budget iPhone would have a plastic or polycarbonate build and would have a shape similar to Apple’s original iPod. Nokia Lumia 925: What’s New in the Amber Update?
We have been playing around with the Nokia Lumia 925 for a while, and had unboxed it to provide a first look of the device, but there is a lot more to talk about. While the 4.5 inch AMOLED screen, the six element lens and the new design and build are the major hardware changes from the 920, the software here is the star, called as the Nokia Amber update. The Amber update, is actually additive to the Windows Phone GDR2 release that brings some minor improvements to all Windows Phone devices. The Amber update though, brings a lot of usable improvements exclusively to Nokia Lumia devices. Lets go through every one of them.
