Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Core 2 (SM-G355H), its latest mid-range smartphone and the successor of Galaxy Core recently. Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom reports that the phone would be priced at Rs. 11,599 (MOP) and the MRP would be Rs. 13,390. It packs a 4.5-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Samsung TouchWiz Essence UI. LG G3 launching in India on July 21st

Airtel has launched 4G services in Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara and Kapurthala in Punjab. Airtel launched its 4G LTE services in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula in Punjab and Haryana last March and rolled out voice services on 4G in these three cities and in Ludhiana and Jalandhar back in May. Airtel customers can access 4G on dongles, Wi-Fi CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment/ routers) and mobile phones in these cities. Samsung Galaxy Ace NXT now on sale in India for Rs. 7399

We talked about an upcoming Samsung phone, the Galaxy NXT, a couple of days back, and the device has apparently gone on sale in the country already. Thanks to a benchmark listing, we got some insight into the device’s specs sheet that shouted entry-level. However, Mahesh Telecom from Mumbai is claiming to have the device in stock already, and has also posted a picture as proof (see below).

Samsung is planning to include retina scanner on Galaxy Note 4. A tweet sent from Samsung Samsung Exynos Twitter account reads, “Security can be improved using features unique to us. OnePlus respond to ‘OnePlus Two’ rumours, say they’re still working on the One

The elusive OnePlus One might not be easy to get hold of, but the device certainly has a massive following on the internet. That has caused a lot of rumours around the company to show up, some of which talk about a possible OnePlus Two aka ‘Lettuce’ that’s apparently in the works. LG G3 is available for pre-order in India from online retailer Infibeam starting at Rs. 46,990 for the 16GB version. The 32GB variant of the smartphone is also available for pre-order at Rs. 49,990.
