HTC has finally launched the Desire 820 and Desire 820q, the company’s latest mid-range smartphones in India. These have 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) display, run on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense 6 UI on top, that it upgradable to upcoming Android 5.0. The Desire 820 is powered by a octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor ( four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) with Adreno 405 GPU and the Desire 820q is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor Snapdragon 410 processor. HTC RE Camera launched in India for Rs. 9990

HTC has launched the RE Camera, an action camera like the GoPro. It has a 16 megapixel sensor with a 146 degree wide-angle lens, capable of recording full HD video and 120 fps slow motion video at 720p. It has waterproof body with IP57 rating, and doesn’t require a case for protecting itself from any kind of water damage. It can also record Zoes, just like the other HTC phones. Xolo just launched the Xolo One, the company’s latest budget smartphone. Even though this is called Xolo One, this is not an Android One smartphone created in partnership with Google. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA display based on one-glass-solution technology, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor with Mali 400 MP2 processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). Twitter has unveiled a new feature that lets users listen to music in their timelines on the Twitter mobile app. The micro blogging site has unveiled Audio Cards that will allows users to listen to songs, podcasts and other audio content on their Android and iPhone app.
