Probuds, Lava’s audio division, has introduced a 30-day trial program called the Probuds Moneyback Challenge, aimed at redefining the consumer purchase experience for audio products. The initiative allows users to test products directly at home before making a final purchase decision.
Addressing Online vs. Offline Purchase Gaps
Buying audio products usually means a choice: online shopping is convenient but doesn’t allow a full experience of the sound, while in-store trials take time and effort. Probuds solves this by letting users test select products at home for 30 days.
“With this program, we’re setting a new standard for transparency in audio and showing that the best proof of quality is the experience itself,” said the company.
Availability and Terms
Starting August 15, 2025, for one month, customers purchasing select Probuds models on Amazon.in or the official Lava e-store can use the products for up to 30 days. If unsatisfied, the product can be returned directly from their doorstep for a full refund, no questions asked.
