LG G6 will feature 13MP dual rear cameras, one with 125-degree wide-angle lens

LG today announced that the LG G6 that will be introduced at the MWC will come with dual rear cameras. Both the rear cameras will have 13-megapixel resolution and one of the cameras will offer 125-degree lens for capturing wide shots. ZTE cancels Kickstarter campaign for Hawkeye smartphone with Eye-Tracking

ZTE teased the Hawkeye smartphone with eye-tracking at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) last month, which is based on its Project CSX and also started its Kickstarter campaign to raise funding for building the phone. Now it has cancelled the campaign since it got only 190 backers raising a total of $36,245 compared to $500,000 goal. Sony Xperia X gets Rs. 14000 price cut in India

Sony Mobile announced a Rs. 10,000 price cut for the Xperia X smartphone back in September last year, just 3 months of its launch in India. Now the smartphone has received another Rs. 14,000 price cut in the country. It was launched for Rs. 48,990 at the end of May last year. After the second price cut it is now available for Rs. 24,990, which is still costly compared to other smartphones powered by a Snapdragon 650 processor. YouTube will kill 30-seconds unskippable ads in 2018

YouTube’s most irritating 30-seconds unskippable ad format will go away next year. Google told the Campaign in a statement that it will kill this ad format in 2018. The video service will instead introduce more frequent six-second unskippable ads starting next year.
