vivo X80 with Dimensity 9000 and X80 Pro with 6.78″ QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 launched in India starting at Rs. 54999

vivo just launched  its flagship X80 and X80 Pro smartphones in India, as it had promised. The phones feature a 6.78-inch 120Hz curved E5 AMOLED screen. The X80 has an FHD+ screen with an optical fingerprint scanner, and the Pro has a Quad HD+ screen with ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The X80 is powered by Dimensity 9000 SoC, and the X80 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, both with vapor chamber cooling and up to 12GB of RAM. HONOR 70 series with 54MP camera to be announced on May 30

HONOR today confirmed the launch of HONOR 70 series of smartphones in China on May 30th. The successor to last year’s HONOR 60 series will feature similar dual cutouts for the camera, but the teaser video confirms a new 54MP 1/1.49″ main rear camera with f/1.9 aperture compared to 108MP camera in the predecessor. OnePlus Ace Racing Edition with 6.59″ FHD+ 120Hz display, Dimensity 8100-MAX, up to 12GB RAM, 5000mAh battery announced

OnePlus just announced the OnePlus Ace Racing / Speed Edition, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone, as it had promised. It retains the Dimensity 8100-MAX SoC from the OnePlus Ace and also has HyperBoost game frame stabilization engine, and has 8-layer cooling system that includes a large area of liquid-cooled VC, diamond thermal conductive material, ultra-high density graphite and 360°antenna, but this replaces the OLED screen with a 6.59-inch 120Hz LCD screen with variable refresh rate. DIZO Wireless Dash with 11.2mm drivers, up to 30h playback, fast charge launched at an introductory price of Rs. 1299

DIZO has launched DIZO Wireless Dash neckband wireless headset in India as the successor to last year’s DIZO Wireless. The company launched the Wireless Power with a slightly better battery backup earlier this year. The new neckband headset retains the 11.2mm Bass Boost Driver and Magnetic Control, but this promises up to 30 hours of playback on a single charge. Vi enhances indoor 4G network coverage in Delhi & NCR

Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) today announced that it has deployed state-of-the-art L900 technology in the 900 MHz band as well as 1800 MHz band on approximately, 8400 sites in New Delhi & NCR. Vi said that it has employed state-of-the-art DSS technology to optimize 4G spectrum and thereby offer better user experience in terms of speed. HONOR just announced the new MagicBook 14 laptop as the successor to last year’s model. It has a 14-inch 2.1K 3:2 screen with 100% sRGB high color gamut and a screen-to-body ratio of 88%. It has TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light and No Screen Flicker triple eye protection certification. The laptop is powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12500H processor with NVIDA RTX 2050 or NVIDIA MX550 options and also in Core i7-12650H model. OPPO Reno8 series coming on May 23; Snapdragon 7 Gen1 and Dimensity 8100 models expected

After rumours, OPPO has officially confirmed the launch of Reno8 series, the company’s next range of mid-range 5G smartphones and the successor to last year’s Reno 7 series in China on May 23rd.
