Lava has launched Lava Win1, the company’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone under Lava brand. The company has partnered with Flipkart to sell the smartphone exclusively. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity and Dual SIM support.
OnePlus has launched the One Plus One smartphone in India as it promised last week. It was announced earlier this year, packs a 5.5-inch (1920 ×1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS display from JDI with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AC) processor and runs on CyanogenMod 11S based on Android 4.4 (KitKat).

HTC has announced two new Dual SIM smartphones – Desire 620 dual SIM and Desire 620G dual SIM for Taiwan after the Desire 620 leaked recently. Both these have a 5-inch HD IPS display, run on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense 6 UI on top, comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1080p video recording, HTC EYE experience and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with a BSI sensor. Xiaomi reduced the price of the Redmi Note to Rs. 8,999 and announced that it will go on sale in India on Flipkart on December 2nd. Today the company has announced that 50,000 units of Redmi Note smartphones will be available for purchase in the first batch of sales next Tuesday at 2PM. 40,000 Redmi 1S smartphones went on sale on the smartphone’s first sale on September 2nd. Cyanogen Inc. recently announced an exclusive partnership with Micromax in India to build Cyanogen OS for Yu branded devices launching in December. It also said that Cyanogen OS will not support any other devices shipping in India with future updates including Lollipop. OnePlus has now come forward to announce that it will offer own builds for the OnePlus One smartphones in India and the first community build will be available starting December, with the final build ready by February 2015. Here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a 1.66 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor with 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs and is based on 28nm HPM. OnePlus is now offering the OnePlus One without an invite. There is no Pre-order time limit or queue. Even though the OnePlus One invite system still exists, the company introduced pre-order system in October for few hours and the second pre-order event was held on November 17th. Lava Iris 401, the latest entry-level smartphone in the Iris series has appeared on the official website. It has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera.. It also has dual SIM support with dual standby similar to other Iris smartphones, but lacks 3G support. Chinese phone maker Meizu has signed a strategic agreement with Canonical, the company confirmed on their Facebook page. The reason for the deal signed by Canonical CEO Jane Silber on November 25 at Meizu’s HQ in Zhuhai, China is not know yet. According to Chinese website MyDrivers, Meizu said that Ubuntu-powered Meizu MX series smartphone would be released in Q1 2015 in China and Europe.
