Celkon Win 400 with quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor, Windows Phone 8.1 launched for Rs. 4999

Celkon has launched Celkon Win 400, the company’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone exclusively on Snapdeal. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity and Dual SIM support.

The Celkon Win 400 has similar specifications as the Micromax Canvas Win W092 that was introduced back in June, but no sign of the Canvas Win W092 yet.
