Celkon Mobiles has officially launched Celkon Win 400, the company’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone in partnership with Qualcomm and Microsoft, at an event in Hyderabad. The smartphone that went on sale on Snapdeal last week, packs a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity and Dual SIM support.
