Asus introduced the ZenWatch 2 at the Computex 2015 back in June. It went on sale in the U.S. through Google Store earlier this month for $149.99. It comes in two models, W1501Q with a 1.63″ (320×320 pixels) 278ppi AMOLED display and WI502Q with a 1.45″ (280×280 pixels) 273ppi AMOLED display.We had already seen hands-on impression of the Android Wear Smartwatch, here we have the unboxing of the W1501Q version.

Google Nexus 6P will be shipped in batches starting from first week of November in India

Google unveiled Nexus 6P smartphone at an event last month and the Huawei-made Nexus phone with metal body was launched in India last month priced at  Rs. 39,999 for the 32GB version and Rs. 42,999 for the 64GB version. At the launch Google said that both the new Nexus smartphones will be available from October 21st, but only the Nexus 5X was released. When the Nexus 6P went on pre-order on Flipkart last week, the shipping date was mentioned as November 2nd for the customers who ordered the phone.

New emojis are coming to Android soon

Apple released iOS 9.1 update for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch earlier this week that added over 184 new emoji characters with full support for Unicode 7.0 and 8.0 emojis. iOS also became the first operating system to include every single emoji in the Unicode Standard. Google didn’t include new emojis in the latest Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update. HTC Grip wearable fitness tracker delayed till Q1 2016

HTC announced Grip, its GPS enabled wearable fitness tracker at the MWC 2015 in partnership with Under Armour. Earlier this year HTC said that it will launch the fitness tracker later this year. The main highlight of the speaker is that it has IPX4-certified splash proof design.  When placed the speaker upright, it offers 360-degree sound, even though it is compact. It uses Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to devices, has Multi-point Bluetooth that allows up to two connections at once.

Samsung Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 4G smartphones go official in China

Samsung Galaxy On5 (SM-G550F) briefly appeared on the Samsung India website earlier this week. Now the Galaxy On7 (SM-G600) has been listed on Samsung China website (Via) that also confirms the Galaxy On5. The Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 smartphones have 5-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, respectively. The Galaxy On5 is powered by a quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and has a 8-megapixel rear camera, but the Galaxy On7’s quad-core processor is clocked at 1.2GHz (could be Snapdragon 410) and it has a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Xolo has sent out invite for the launch its new BLACK series smartphone that will called the BLACK 1X. The invite doesn’t reveal any details about the new BLACK series smartphone. The company will unveil the smartphone on Twitter (@MyXOLO) on October 28th from 12PM to 1PM, similar to what it did for the Omega series smartphones back in December last year. BlackBerry Priv was confirmed by CEO John Chen last month. BlackBerry officially confirmed some of the specifications of the smartphone, and even posted a demo video showing the keyboard in action. BlackBerry Priv (STV100-1) surfaced on the official BlackBerry Shop in the US and Canada few hours back, revealing the complete specifications of the smartphone, before it was pulled. A user in CrackBerry forum (Via) has listed the specifications and also posted screenshots of the page. Idea Cellular reported its second quarter (Q2) 2015 and half year revenues that ended on September 30, 2015. In the report, it also said that it is planning to roll out 4G services across 10 telecom service areas – Maharashtra & Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Punjab and Haryana, Karnataka, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and North East over 750 large and small towns by the first half of 2016. ACT Fibernet revises enterprise plans in Bangalore, 250Mbps plan now has 1.25TB FUP

ACT Fibernet by ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) launched 250Mbps plan for business users in Bangalore back in April this year. Now it has revised its enterprise plans. ACT SME Phenomenal plan that offered 250Mbps speed with 1TB FUP at Rs. 12,000 per month now has 1.25TB FUP limit for the same price. FUP limit for 200Mbps and 150Mbps plans have also been upgraded to 1 TB and 750GB, respectively. Speed after FUP limit remains the same.
