Acer introduced the Liquid Zest Plus smartphone with a 13-megapixel rear camera that has laser auto focus, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and contrast detection, which is hybrid tri-focus system last month. Today the company has announced the pricing and availability details for the smartphone, ahead of Computex 2016.
Airtel has launched its 4G LTE services in Sivakasi and Villupuram in Tamilnadu. It was the first operator to launch 4G in Tamilnadu back in June 2015. It was launched in Chidambaram, Sriperumbudur and Karaikudi in the state last month and is already available in Coimbatore, Erode, Hosur, Madurai, Pondicherry, Salem, Tirunelveli, Tirupur, Trichy, Vellore, Cuddalore, Ambur, Rajapalayam, Kovilpatti, Periyanaicken-palayam (Tp), Namakkal and Gudiyatham.

HTC introduced several smartphones including the flagship HTC 10 at an event in India yesterday. Now the HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition, a new smartphone in the ‘HTC One’ series is expected to be launched soon in the country. It has a 5.2-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, has 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, optical image stabilization (OIS), Laser auto focus and an UltraPixel front-facing camera.

Samsung has announced Galaxy C7 in the new ‘C Series’ in China, along with the Galaxy C5. It has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm SoC and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with Samsung’s own UI on top. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture, LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the home button.

Lenovo’s ZUK is all set to introduce the Z2, a smaller and affordable version of the Z2 Pro at an event in China on May 31st. Now the smartphone has been certified by TENAA in China that confirms that it will be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC, even though it was teased to be powered by a Samsung Exynos 8 Octa 8890 SoC. OnePlus 3 (A3000) has been certified by TENAA in China that confirms the design and the specifications of the phone.The image also shows three stage alert slider hardware, which is present on the left side. It doesn’t show Laser auto focus on the back and there is a single LED flash.

Moto Z Style and Moto Z Play smartphones will be announced at the Lenovo Tech World on June 9 in the new Moto Z series. Now the modules that are called Moto Mods have surfaced in images, thanks to @evleaks. The image shows camera grip with flash and optical zoom, but others are not visible clearly. Other mods could be stereo speakers and battery pack and there will be six mods in total. According to earlier rumors, these are connected magnetically and the protruding camera lens will be flush when they are attached.
