
After teasers, vivo has confirmed the launch of X300 Ultra and X300s smartphones and the vivo Pad6 Pro tablet in China on March 30th.
vivo X300s

According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the X300s will pack a 6.78-inch 1.5K+ 144Hz BOE Q10+ flat screen, a 200MP main rear camera + 50MP ultra-wide-angle + 50MP periscope lens, a 50MP front camera, a 7100mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and 40W wireless charging.
It is said to pack a 751440 X-axis motor, 1511 symmetrical dual speakers, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0, IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and a USB 3.2. Earlier reports revealed Dimensity 9500 SoC for the phone. It will come in 12GB / 16GB RAM + 256GB / 512GB / 1TB versions.
vivo X300 Ultra

Based on earlier reports, the vivo X300 Ultra is rumoured to pack a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz BOE flat OLED screen, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 200MP 1/1.12″ Sony LYT-901 main sensor with f/1.85 aperture, OIS, a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT818 ultra-wide sensor with f/2.0 aperture, a 200MP 1/1.4″ HPB periscope telephoto lens with f/2.67 aperture, OIS, a 5MP 12-channel primary color lens and a 6600mAh battery.
It will come in 12GB / 16GB RAM + 256GB / 512GB / 1TB (satellite communication) versions.
vivo Pad6 Pro

The vivo Pad6 Pro tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, will be the industry’s first to feature a 13.2-inch 4K original color screen and support the PC-level WPS+ professional version of CapCut. It is expected to feature a large 13000mAh+ battery. It will come in 8GB / 12GB / 16GB RAM + 256GB / 512GB / 1TB versions.
