Qualcomm today announced that it is integrating WPA3 support across mobile and networking infrastructure products. WPA3 was introduced back in January and is the industry’s newest Wi-Fi security and provides robust protection for user passwords and stronger privacy in both public and private Wi-Fi networks. Facebook today has announced that it has suspended 200 apps over data and privacy violations. Google today has announced new changes to its storage plans including a new low-cost storage plan under a new ‘Google One’ brand. It is also converting all Google Drive paid storage plans to Google One. All paid consumer Google Drive storage plans will be upgraded to Google One and this change doesn’t affect G Suite business customers. Update: Google has started rolling out respond reminder feature that will ‘nudge’ users to reply to emails they may have missed and to follow up on emails for which they haven’t received a response. This is enabled by default for users with the new Gmail enabled, but you can can turn it off from the Gmail settings menu.

Coolpad has announced that its unit has filed lawsuits against three group firms of Xiaomi for several patent Infringements. The company’s subsidiary, Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) Co. Limited has filed a lawsuit against Xiaomi Telecom Technology Co, Xiaomi Technology Co, and Xiaomi Factory Co, in a court in Jiangsu province for using its patents without authorization.
