It appeared on the official website earlier this week, and has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It has a SIM card slot for 3G connectivity and a ear piece for voice calling. It also comes with range of pre-loaded applications including Facebook, OperaMini, NQ Mobile Security, Vstore, Hungama and more. NVIDIA announced the Tegra Note back in September. The tablet is designed by NVIDIA and is manufactured by several partners in range of countries worldwide. NVIDIA has announced that the Tegra Note is available for pre-order in the U.S and U.K. It is manufactured by EVGA in the U.S. and ADVENT in the UK. NVIDIA has also partnered with PNY Technologies in North America, ADVENT, EVGA, Oysters and ZOTAC in Europe, Gigabyte, Shenzhen Homecare Technology and ZOTAC in Asia-Pacific and XOLO in India to sell the device. Apple iPad Air Unboxing

We have the all new thinner and faster iPad Air for an unboxing at FoneArena. Apple announced this iPad along with new iPad mini with retina display at an event last month. The new iPad Air went on sale in the US and several other countries on November 1st. There is no clear date for India yet but it is expected to be launched soon. ARCHOS 101 XS 2 Android tablet with Keyboard dock coming to UK in December for 250 GBP

ARCHOS showed off the 10.1 XS 2 with a Keyboard dock at the IFA 2013 in Berlin back in September, now the company has announced the launch date and the price of the tablet for the UK market. It has a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display, powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Cortex A9 processor with Mali 400 MP4 GPU and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It has a 2-megapixel rear and front-facing cameras. It also comes with a keyboard dock that also doubles up as a protective cover and also acts a stand for the tablet, as you can see in the image below. It also has front facing stereo speakers. Google Nexus 10 coming soon to India ? Gets priced at Rs.29999

Looks like Google is bringing one more Nexus device soon to India but in this case a slightly old tablet the Nexus 10. The Nexus 10 was announced last year along with the Nexus 7 and Nexus 4 and went on sale in November 2012. Almost a year later there is an indication of this Android tablet coming to India on the Google Play Store when there are in fact rumors about the Nexus 10 version 2. The pricing is mentioned as Rs.29999 and the same tablet is sold in USA for $399 before taxes which is roughly about Rs.27000 approximately which is a tad high for a WiFi only Android tablet. The Nexus 10 is actually made by Samsung and has some interesting specs.

Google Nexus 7 2013 32GB LTE Version priced at Rs.25999, coming soon to India

Google seems to be taking India seriously finally regarding launching new devices. The Nexus 5 which went on sale in the US recently is listed on the Google India Play Store as coming soon with even a price tag. Now the Nexus 7 2013 edition seems to have gotten a price on the microsite for the product which was spotted by BGR India . Interestingly only the 4G LTE / Cellular version of the Nexus 7 2013 has gotten a Indian price, the WiFi versions have not got a price yet. The 32GB 4G LTE version which will work over our 3G/HSPA+ networks too is expected to be launched at Rs.25999. The tablet is sold in the US for a price of 349 USD which works out to roughly about Rs.23000 including taxes, so it seems like a fairly decent price for the tablet India if you factor the import duty and shipping costs.

Nokia Lumia 2520 Hands On

Nokia unveiled the Lumia 2520, the company’s first Windows RT tablet at the Nokia World along with a range of Lumia and Asha devices. We already brought you the photo gallery of the tablet, here we have the hands-on video. The Lumia 2520 has a 10.1-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS ClearBlack display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection and runs on Windows 8.1 RT OS. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) processor. Nokia’s device division might be acquired by Microsoft soon, but that hasn’t stopped the company from bringing back its mobility vision in computers back into its portfolio. We saw the yesteryear Booklet 3G, which was one of the very few notebooks that could use a SIM and now we see a similar vision in the LTE enabled Lumia 2520, one of the first tablets to launch without a WiFi-only variant. It’s a bold step by Nokia, wanting to fill the void created by WiFi only tablets that are seemingly used only at home. Launching it with a beautiful power keyboard as an accessory for some extra bucks, the tablet envisions portable productivity with standard Nokia influences in hardware showing off. The Nokia Lumia 2520 has been officially launched at the Nokia World event in Abu Dhabi today. The Windows RT tablet from Nokia has been leaked before, and has since been much awaited for a long time. But now Nokia has made it clear that they are in the tablet market and are aiming to make the device more mobile than other tablets have been. Stephen Elop specifically mentioned in the keynote how Nokia is targeting the usage times that the traditional tablets cannot work in, like during the day other than mornings or evenings, by adding 4G LTE functionality, better portability and better battery life. The 10.1 tablet, running on Windows RT is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 – MSM8974 chipset which provides the LTE functionality as well as blazing fast Quad Core performance for the Lumia 2520. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition launched in India for Rs. 49990

Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) (SM-P601) in India. It was announced at the IFA 2013 last month as an upgrade to the last year’s Note 10.1 that was launched in India as Galaxy Note 800. It packs a 10.1-inch (2560×1600 pixels) TFT LCD display, powered by a 1.9 GHz quad-core Exynos 5 Octa processor and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Samsung TouchWiz UI on top. It has a 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with a S Pen stylus with a lot of features such as S Note(Easy Chart), S Planner and Air Command: Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder, Pen Window.
