Worldwide tablet market declined yet again in the first quarter of 2016 with 39.6 million units shipped, down 14.7% year over year, according to latest report from the International Data Corporation (IDC). This is the sixth straight quarter where tablets have reported a decrease year-over-year. In Q4, 2015 tablet shipment had declined by 10.1%. Earlier rumors had suggested that Huawei could announce the Honor X3 tablet and now the device has been certified by TENAA in China. As per the TENAA listing, the tablet will sport a 7-inch 1920 x 1200 display.
