Qualcomm bids for 3G Spectrum in India
Qualcomm Inc which is a leading developer of mobile hardware solutions including the latest Snapdragon processors for mobile phones is now bidding for the 3G Spectrum in India. The 3G auctions are finally planned to take place in India next month and the government is inviting bids from companies willing to take part in the auctions. The last date for applying is March 19th.
First Data partners with Tyfone to bring NFC to the masses
NFC or Near Field Communications in Mobile phones has never gone mainstream due to the very poor adoption by handset makers.
