After the launch of Cool 3 smartphone earlier this year, Coolpad has launched the Cool 3 Plus smartphone in India, which as a similar 5.71-inch HD+ Dewdrop notch display and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie), but this is powered by a Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC, features a 13-megapixel rear camera along and an 8-megapixel front camera with beautify features. LG just launched W10 and W30 smartphones and introduced W30 Pro in the new ‘W series’ at an event in India, as it had promised. OPPO introduces Under-Screen Camera technology for notch-less smartphones

Xiaomi CC9 and CC9 Meitu custom edition to be announced on July 2 [Update: 32MP front and 48MP rear camera confirmed]

MediaTek Helio P65 12nm Octa-core SoC with support for 48MP camera announced

MediaTek unveiled its Helio P60 12nm Octa Core SoC with multi-core processing unit earlier last year. After almost a year and a half, today, MediaTek has announced its latest Helio P65 SoC. It is an improvement to the Helio P60 and comes with support for 48MP camera and claims to deliver better AI and gaming experience.

Nokia 1 Android Pie update starts rolling out

After rolling out Android Pie update for the Nokia 3 smartphone earlier this month, HMD Global has started rolling out the update for Nokia 1 as it had promised. The phone was introduced back in March last year running Android 8.1 (Oreo) Go Edition, and this is one of the few Go Edition phones to get Android Pie since most phones like Lava Z50 and Redmi Go are still running Android Oreo since the launch.
