Google Fit app update adds workout shortcuts, improved home page, weather screen updates and more

The Google Fit app for both Android, iOS and WearOS is receiving a new update that brings a bunch of new changes to the interface and some new features to keep up with the times. The home screen now shows information from connected apps along with new sharing capabilities and WearOS has new workout shortcuts along with updates to the weather screen and breathing exercises.

OPPO Find X3 series with full-patch 10-bit colour management system coming in 2021

In the second day of OPPO’s INNO DAY 2020 event, OPPO announced full-path colour management system that will support 10-bit image and video. This will support 10-bit DCI-P3 colour gamut in images and HEIF (High Efficiency Image Format), and will fully support true 10-bit images as well as videos, right from shooting, encoding, storage, decoding, and display of the content. OSOM by former Essential employees plans to release privacy-focused Android product in 2021

Essential, the company that introduced notches in the smartphone, is now no more. Founded by Android co-founder Andy Rubin, announced its closure earlier this year. The company’s only product, Essential Phone, sold poorly and received mixed reviews as well. Other promised devices operating system and home assistant never really materialised. HMD Global this week started teasing the launch of new Nokia smartphones in India on November 26th. The teasers show the design of the phone which confirms that these are Nokia 3.4 and Nokia 2.4 that were introduced back in September. The phones are also listed on the Nokia India site.
