The Elife S5.5 has a 5.5mm thin magnesium alloy frame, 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD Super AMOLED touch screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 1.7 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor and runs on Android 4.2 with Amigo 2.0 UI on top. LG has launched the 4G LTE variant of the LG G2 in India, as it promised last month. The 3G variant of the LG G2 was launched in India back in September last year starting at Rs. 41,500. The 4G variant would also have similar features as the 3G version, including a 5.2-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display at 423 ppi, 2.26 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) processor with Adreno 330 GPU and runs on Android Jelly Bean OS. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 1080p video recording and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. Snapdeal.com, one of the popular online retailer in India, has partnered with Aircel, one of India’s leading telecom operators, to offer free data to customers buying data enabled phones. These customers can get up to 3GB of free 2G or 3G data valid for 3 months. Micromax partnered with Aircel last year for bundled offers on smartphones and 3G Dongles. Today, at the Nokia X launch event in India, Nokia has announced that both the Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL, dual SIM Android smartphones would be available in India within the next 60 days. Both these phones were announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 at Barcelona last month, along with the Nokia X, and are based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP). Nokia has launched the Nokia X, the company’s first Android smartphone based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP). It was announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 at Barcelona, last month and packs a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 play (MSM8225) processor and runs on Nokia X software platform 1.0 based on AOSP Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). iberry launched the Auxus Nuclea N2 smartphone, successor of the Nuclea N1 back in January. We already brought you the unboxing of the Nuclea N2 earlier this week. Here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor which as 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs, each clocked at 1.66 GHz and is based on 28nm HPM. It has a Mali 450-MP4 GPU, comes with a 5.7-inch 1080p display and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). BSNL, State Owned Telecom Operator has partnered with Champion to launch BSNL Champion DM6513, a 6.5-inch phablet. The display resolution is unknown. It is powered by a dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Xolo launched the Q1100, its first Snapdragon 400-powered smartphone last month at a price tag of Rs. 14,999. It has a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA capacitive touch screen display with Ultra Oleophobic coating to prevent finger prints, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Xolo launched the Q1100, the company’s first phone in the Q CORE series powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor last month priced at Rs. 14,999. We brought you the unboxing and benchmarks of the device earlier this week, here we have the camera samples from the phone. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI 2 Sensor and LED flash. It also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera that is capable of recording videos at 720p HD resolution.

Azoi, a US-based technology company has launched Wello, a smartphone case, that is also a health monitoring device. It fits into a smartphone, and can measure heart rate, temperature, blood pressure, electrocardiography (ECG), blood oxygenation, lung functions and more. It can pass on gathered information to the Wello app, available for both iOS and Android. Lava Iris 503 went on sale back in November last year. The Iris 503e, a budget variant of the Iris 503 is now available from eBay.in. it has a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, unlike the qHD screen on the Iris 503. Other specifications are almost similar, including a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and a Dual SIM support. According to official website, it has a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, but the branding on the back says 5MP.
