Lenovo PHAB Plus, that company’s latest phablet is now available from Amazon.in in India. It was first announced in China back in August and was announced globally at the IFA in September. Gionee has sent out invites for the launch of its flagship Elife E8 smartphone in the E series in India on October 8th. The company also announced that it will enter into e-commerce space, so we can expect for it to announce tie-up with a leading e-commerce player in India to sell the smartphone exclusively. Samsung launched the Galaxy J7 smartphone, along with the Galaxy J5 back in July at Rs. 14,999. We recently brought the review of the Galaxy J7, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. The Indian variant is powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 7580 64-bit processor that has eight ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.50 GHz per core, instead of Snapdragon 615 SoC in the Chinese variant. It has Mali-T720 GPU, 1.5GB of RAM, 5.5-inch 1080p screen and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop).
