The ear-canal design of the headset passively attenuates ambient noise and has high-end dynamic speaker for a bass driven stereo sound. LAVA International has launched Iris Fuel 50, the company’s first smartphone in the new Fuel series with a 3000mAh battery that promises 1.5 days of battery life. It has a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). This comes in 8, 16, 32 and 64GB variant and lets you easily transfer data from compatible smartphones or tablets to PCs and Laptops and vice versa. Last week there were reports that the company plans to enter the Indian smartphone market with a 6-inch phablet and launch a new tablet in the country in November. Lava has launched QPAD R704, the company’s latest tablet in the QPAD series. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) display, similar to the QPAD e704 tablet that was launched earlier this year, but this is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor instead of a Broadcom processor. It runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) that is upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat), has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera.
