Sony has finally started rolling out the Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Xperia XA1 series that includes XA1, XA1 Plus, and XA1 Ultra just as it promised. Sony Mobile has cut the price of Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra smartphone in India by Rs. 2000. The XA1 that was launched back in April for Rs. 19,990, is now available for Rs. 17,990 and the XA1 Ultra that was launched for Rs. 29,990 in July now costs Rs. 27,990. Sony Mobile has launched Xperia XA1, its latest mid-range smartphone and the successor of last year’s Xperia XA in India. It was announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Barcelona and packs a 5-inch HD edge-to-edge display, similar to the predecessor, but this is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P20 processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat). It has a 23-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Hybrid Auto-Focus and a 8-megapixel auto focus front-facing camera.
