Vivo V9, the successor of V7 surfaced in live images earlier this week revealing full-screen display with a notch. It was also seen in some promo shots revealing dual rear cameras. Now a new report says that the phone will launch in India on March 27th and will cost Rs. 25,000, higher than the V7 and V7+ that were launched at Rs. 18,990 and Rs. 21,990, respectively. Nokia 6 3GB RAM version gets a price cut in India

HMD global introduced the Nokia 6 along with several other Android smartphones in India back in June last year, which went on sale in the country in August at Rs. 14,999. It also launched the 4GB RAM version of the phone in the country last month at Rs. 16999. Now the 3GB RAM version has received Rs. 1500 price cut and is available for Rs. 13,499 on Amazon.in. Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ with Quad HD+ Infinity display, dual aperture camera launched in India starting at Rs. 57900 and Rs. 64900

Samsung today launched the  Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, the company’s latest flagship smartphones at an event in India, as it had promised. These were introduced at the MWC last week and have variable aperture cameras. The S9 has a 12-megapixel rear camera with variable aperture tech that uses f/1.5 aperture for night shots for a brighter picture and f/2.4 aperture for normal shots in daytime. The S9+ has a secondary 12MP Telephoto lens for live focus for bokeh effect with background blur. Vodafone launches VoLTE services in Maharashtra and Goa, Rajasthan

Vodafone launched VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) services in India last month starting from Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Gujarat. Now it has launched VoLTE in Maharashtra and Goa, and Jaipur and Jodhpur in Rajasthan, which will soon expand in other cities of the state soon. Vodafone is calling it Super VoLTE and said that the technology delivers high-quality sound over voice calls across the Vodafone SuperNet 4G network so that users will experience ultra-clear voice quality and reduced background noise.
