Lenovo Vibe Z Camera Review

The Vibe Z is the Lenovo’s flagship device which is all set to launch in India soon. It is an improved variant of the previous flagship, the K900, in many ways. Sporting improved internals, we were pretty happy to see that Lenovo has stuck to the same camera and lens unit as the K900. A 13 megapixel Sony sensor with the fastest f1.8 lens still has a lot of untapped potential, so we tested it on the road, while in travel to see how it performed in actual use – capturing moments from a trip. It has 7-inch HD (1280×800 pixels) IPS display, powered by a quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). Rdio acquires Dhingana, to launch in India later this year

Rdio, popular digital music service has announced they would to acquire Dhingana, one of India’s popular online music streaming service, that stopped the service recently. Dhingana’s team in India would be joining Rdio to extend their musical catalog, that has over 1 million songs in 42 languages and Indian genres. Dhingana founders Snehal Shinde and Swapnil Shinde will join the executive team at Rdio, to expand the service to India as well as other emerging markets. iberry launched the Auxus Nuclea N2 smartphone, successor of the Nuclea N1 back in January. The Nuclea N2 is one of the first smartphones to launch in India with an octa-core processor and a full HD display. Flipkart teases Moto X launch day offers, to reveal details in a couple of days

Motorola had revealed its plans to introduce the Moto X in India, during the Mobile World Congress event, and it also had said that, much like the Moto G, the X too will be launched through Flipkart. As a confirmation, Flipkart has now started to tease the Moto X launch on Twitter, adding that there will be exclusive launch day offers and that the launch details will be revealed in a couple of days. With the success of Moto G, Flipkart goes ahead with yet another exclusive launch, but this time, the reception might not be as overwhelming. This is mainly because the phone is already late to the market, and its initial pricing in the US was off the mark, making a really capable device flop in the market. But now that the prices have come down drastically, it will be interesting to see how well it is priced for the Indian market.

Gionee, one of the popular Chinese smartphone manufacturers launched the Elife E7 in India at the end of last year. It went on sale across India recently. The company’s latest flagship smartphone in the Elife series features a 5.5-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It starts at Rs. 26,999, bit higher than their predecessor, the Gionee Elife E6, but it is cheaper when compared to other smartphones in similar range. Without any doubt the Indian smartphone market is booming and everybody wants to get their hands on this smartphone market. Flipkart, currently India’s leading eCommerce giant, has been at the center of this explosion, but only as a retailer. They have witnessed Micromax, a local manufacturer, beat Nokia, Sony, LG, HTC to become India’s second largest smartphone seller.
