nubia NaviX Ultra with 7.62mm sleek body, 7100mAh battery to be introduced on September 16

nubia has officially detailed key specifications for its upcoming flagship, the Nubia NaviX Ultra. The device emphasizes high-density battery technology within a slim form factor, measuring 7.62mm in thickness while accommodating a 7,100mAh silicon-carbon anode battery.

The configuration addresses a persistent engineering compromise in modern smartphones, pairing multi-day battery capacity with a thin chassis.

Hardware and Performance Architecture

The NaviX Ultra is engineered around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship platform, paired with high-performance power management. Charging capabilities include support for 90W/100W wired fast charging alongside wireless charging options.

On the memory front, the device incorporates LPDDR5X DRAM developed by ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), running at transmission rates of up to 10,667Mbps.

According to an announcement made by both companies on September 4, this deployment represents the first commercial mass-production application of domestically manufactured 10,667Mbps mobile DRAM in a production smartphone, marking a critical milestone for high-speed domestic silicon supply chains.
