Xolo announced the Win Q900s, the company first Windows Phone device running Windows Phone 8.1 back in June. It is now on sale in India for Rs. 9,999. It weighs just  just 100 grams, and Xolo claims that it is the world’s lightest Windows Phone smartphone. It has a 4.7-inch HD display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Spotify made its iOS and Android apps free back in December last year that doesn’t require you to buy premium subscription for listening music. Today the company has announced that it has updated its Windows Phone app offering free access to Spotify. This introduces shuffle play that lets you play any artist, album, or playlist in shuffle mode.
