Microsoft Lumia 840/840 XL enters India for testing

Samsung patents dual-OS notebook with a built-in phablet dock

Samsung has just been granted a patent for a dual-OS notebook that has a built-in phablet dock. The theoretical notebook would for example allow users to use Windows 10 by default and then switch over to Android OS and control their smartphone by placing it in the dock.

Microsoft says that they will take control over Windows 10 firmware updates

Microsoft now says that non-genuine users won’t get free upgrade to Windows 10

Earlier on in the year, Microsoft had stated that both genuine and non-genuine users of Windows 7, Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 will get an upgrade to Windows 10 free of charge during the first year since its release. But now Microsoft is stating that the upgrade will not be available free of charge to those who are using non-genuine versions of Windows.
