Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab 620, their new Android Honeycomb tablet in India. It appeared on online retail sites last week. It has 7-inch WSVGA(1024X600) PLS LCD display and is powered by 1.2 GHz Dual Core Processor. It runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) and is 9.96mm thin, and weighs 345g. It has 3 MP Auto focus camera with LED Flash with 720p HD video recording @ 30 fps and a 2 MP front video calling camera, 1GB RAM, 16 GB Internal memory that is expandable up to 64GB with MicroSD. Lenovo K800 Intel Medfield powered smartphone announced for China

Lenovo and Intel has partnered to bring Lenovo K800, first Android smartphone powered by Intel processor. This comes with a 4.5-inch 720p HD TFT LCD touch screen display, 8MP camera with Dual LED flash. It is powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor Z2460 (code-named Medfield) with Intel Hyper-Threading Technology and would run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with LeOS Skin on top. Samsung and T-Mobile has unveiled the Galaxy S Blaze 4G that would offer upto 42 Mbps data speeds on HSPA+. It would come with Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor with 1.5 GHz dual core CPU,  Super AMOLED touch screen display and pre-loaded entertainment apps. Samsung Galaxy Attain 4G is a mid range phone that would be available for MetroPCS. Intel and Motorola Mobility enter into Multi-Year Partnership

Intel showed off its smartphone reference design at CES 2012 and said that it will announce a smartphone partner soon and now the news has arrived. Intel has entered into a multi-year partnership with handset maker Motorola Mobility which will use Intel’s Atom’s chips in it’s Android smartphones.The phones will be shipping later this year.Motorola will continue to use Qualcomm and TI chips in its phones.The partnership includes tablets as well so we might see Motorola tablets powered by Intel silicon in the future. Samsung Galaxy Nexus 32GB now available for pre-order in UK, Shipping in February


Samsung Galaxy Nexus 32GB is now available for pre-order in UK from Clove. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Nexus in October but only 16GB version were available. UK Retailer Clove released  the price for the Galaxy Nexus 16GB version but there was no sign of 32GB version. They also announced the White Galaxy Nexus last week that would be shipping early February. Now they have announced that the 32GB version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is available for pre-order.
