Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (GT-I9300I) with dual SIM support has appeared on the official Samsung India website. The Galaxy S3 Neo+ with 1.4 GHz quad-core processor went official in China earlier this year, but the Galaxy S3 Neo has a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Last week a retailer revealed the specifications of the smartphone and mentioned that the smartphone would go on sale in India soon.

Motorola Moto G Forte that was leaked last week has gone official in Mexico. It is just the Motorola Moto G smartphone with a grip shell as we expected. The Motorola Grip Shell for the Moto G was first launched in the U.S. earlier this year and it was launched in India along with the Moto G in February for Rs. 1099. Now it is available for Rs. 999. Amazon has finally unveiled the rumored Fire TV streaming box along with its Fire game controller. It plugs into your HDTV and lets you stream movies and TV shows at up to 1080p resolution, listen to songs, use apps, play games and more. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 pro processor, 2GB RAM and has 8GB of internal storage. It runs on Android-based OS Fire OS called Mojito, similar to the Kindle Fire tablets. ZTE unveiled the Grand S II at the CES 2014 earlier this year. ZTE has launched the smartphone in China. It has a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) full HD IPS display based on One Glass Solution (OGS) technology, powered by a 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor (instead of Snapdragon 800 at the time it was announced) and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS. Google has released the Android’s Platform Distribution numbers for the period of March to April 2014. This reveals tremendous growth in KitKat share that has doubled from 2.5% to 5.3% in one month. BlackBerry has announced a new BBM 2.1 update for BlackBerry, Android and iPhone that would bring stickers through new BBM Shop. This offers sticker packs, similar to stickers on the Facebook Messenger. Each pack would have 20 to 25 stickers. BBM shop has both free and paid (about $1.99) stickers. This update also brings option to send larger files up to 16MB on BlackBerry 10, Android and iPhone. These tablets have 10.1-inch, 8.0-inch and 7.0-inch WXGA displays with 16:10 screen ratio. Gionee had introduced the world’s slimmest Smartphone, the Elife S5.5, to India, at a huge event in Goa today. Powered by a MediaTek Octa Core processor, the Elife S5.5 will sell for a price of Rs. 22,999, but that tiny detail aside, the device is all about design and engineering. The svelte frame, machined at a stunningly thin 5.55 mm of thickness makes the device look really appealing to see as well as touch. Sporting a 5 inch 1080p screen, the device looks like a sleek slab from the front as well as the sides. It’s styled well, with a minimalistic approach to design, and evidences of it being too thin show up, especially with the camera module. The frame itself is an engineering marvel, as we had seen when we went hands on with the phone at the Mobile World Congress event, where it was introduced to the world. Today, we had our chance to have a look at it again, but this time, without the intrusive cables. Skip past the break for some photos of this gorgeous device.
