Coolpad has entered India with the launch of Dazen X7, the company’s flagship smartphone for India in the Dazen Brand. It has a 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) with Cool UI 6. Google slashes price of Project Tango Tablet to US$512 – Now available without invitation

While the YotaPhone 2 was announced back in February 2014 during MWC, the smartphone was delayed quite a bit and has only recently become available in many markets. In fact the YotaPhone 2 was announced prior to the original YotaPhone was made available worldwide. However it seems that the company is already working on the follow up to the YotaPhone 2 and this time there will be two devices – YotaPhone 3 and YotaPhone 2C.

New Asus ZenFone smartphone certified by TENAA

A new Asus ZenFone smartphone by the model number Z00EDB has been certified in China by TENAA. While it does follow the same design as the ZenFone 2, it isn’t the same as it has what looks like an IR blaster or IR tracker for the camera.

HTC WF5w, an upcoming mid-range smartphone in the Desire Series has been certified on TENAA (Via) in China. The listing reveals that the smartphone will be 7.49mm thick, which is thinner than the One E9+ that is 7.54mm thick. It coincides with earlier rumors from upleaks that includes, 5.5-inch HD screen,  Octa-Core MediaTek SoC and a 13-megapixel rear camera, but the listing shows a 13-megapixel front-facing camera, compared to 5-megapixel camera based on earlier leak.
