Microsoft just launched the Nokia Lumia 638, the company’s most affordable 4G smartphone in India. It was originally introduced in China back in June and has a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 and runs Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan. It has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera without flash and also lacks a front-facing camera. It has 1GB RAM and comes with single micro SIM support. Skype today announced that Indian users can call any mobile or landline in the US and Canada for free using Skype. To call a number, you just need to open the dial pad in Skype and type the number.
